Ways To Get Involved

We are committed to ensuring that you have a real opportunity to influence decisions that affect HHT homes as your views help us to develop and improve our services.  Our experience is that many tenants want to get involved in decisions that affect them both at a local and organisational level and Tenant Federation offers support across a wide range of initiatives.  We appreciate that not everyone wants or is able to get involved in the same way or at the same level, so offer a range of opportunities for you to get involved at a level of commitment that suits you.

Ways to get involved

The Tenant Federation

The Tenant Federation promotes and supports tenants across a wide range of tenant participation initiatives and works closely with HHT staff. (Housing and Maintenance Officers and the Support Workers) as most local tenant groups tend to have a wider interest than housing alone, being interested in local issues and social activities.

Tenants on the Board

HHT tenant Board members play a vital role in bringing tenants’ voices to the centre of our decision-making.  There are currently three tenants on the HHT Board.
